The Author/s sends the manuscript in the journal prescribed format to either one of the site: https://ejceh.journals.ekb.eg/

The Journal board performs initial screening to ensure that the journal is aligned with the publishing topics and in the right format

If the Journal is compatible with the initial screening criteria, it will be redirected to 3-4 reviewers who are specialized in the manuscript field and are asked to reply back the journal by 3 weeks maximum. And if the manuscript is not compatible with the initial screening criteria, it will be resent back to the Author/s with either change request or notice of rejection.

The Author/s are requested to pay the manuscript fees for completing the peer review process

The manuscripts are reviewed by the reviewers are resent back to the journal board with the review form which has either full acceptance, or minor changes conditional acceptance which needs contacting back the Author/s for applying the minor changes.

If the minor changes are applied by the Author/s, they will be reviewed by the reviewers and then resent back to the journal board with full acceptance

The journal board contacts the Author/s and informs him/her that their manuscript is accepted and will be published in the next volume
